Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Goods will be shipped via the cheapest method. Delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method we choose. Shipping may take 2 days, or 6-10 days. if you require fast delivery we recommend choosing the Express option.
Flat rate shipping means your goods will be despatched by the cheapest method with no sigature required for delivery. Delivery times will depend on your location.
If specified goods will be despatched via express post. We aim to despatch same day but this is not always possible. Delivery is generally next working day after despatch but please view australia post web site for delivery times to your post code.
If you require fast delivery, we suggest selecting the express post option. We will endeavour to despatch same day where possible.
NOTE: If the automatically calculated express post costs are incorrect, we reserve the right to use Courier shipping or alternative methods. This may increase delivery time to 48-36 hours.
Regular post/Parcels - no signature:
Should you choose this option there is no means of verifying delivery. As such we cannot accept claims for items not received.

You may return any item at your cost within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if a product is faulty or not as described. If you ordered the wrong item, there may be a 20% restocking/re packaging fee. Products must be returned with all original packaging to be considered for a full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 5 working days.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Most items have literature explaining the warranty provided. Proof of purchase must be provided with your warranty claim. Warranty does not cover costs of returning goods to our premises. Warranty does cover shipping of replacement goods to you.
A warranty item will be repaired or replaced at our discression.
