Dear Texa User,
You may have recently received an email from Texa about the My Texa Portal.
This is not directly related to current use of your Texa IDC5 Software, but is an area where you can view some details about your system, software and installed APPS.
The My Texa portal is an online area where you can view information about your tools and any Texa APPS you have installed, or APPS you may wish to install to add some functions to your IDC5 software.
Your log on name is the email address that you received the email to.
If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the recover password option, you will then be asked to enter the email address, then a password reset code will be emailed to you.
Serial Numbers of your Tools are shown within the My Texa Portal.
APPS you have installed or can request are shown in the TEXA APP section.
The same log on details are used for the Download Manager Program, which is a means for you to easily download and install Texa IDC5 software to a new pc, or download / update major software releases outside of the IDC5 program.
So, if you use download manager or the My Texa portal, as mentioned in the email from Texa, simply log in to your My Texa account to refresh your access. If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the Recover password option under the log in box.
If you do not log in by 30th June 2022, Texa will remove the account details, you can sign up / re register again at any point in the future.
This is simply a way for Texa to keep their database up to date and/or remove details/clients from their database in an effort to enhance client privacy / reduce the amount of data held on their servers.
