We have had this system for approximately 12 months now and found it to be an extremely valuable resource.
In addition to this Steve is extremely helpful and when we run into something we haven't dealt with before he is quick to provide assistance.

By far the best charger we have in the shop. Was amazed at two lipo battery's that were both bellow 0.5v and both were able to be reset and charged and now working as new in their respective bikes. The added bonus is the power supply function for when we are flashing ecu's or running diagnostics on Ducati's we can maintain full power to the bike without the need to run slave batteries and chargers.
Perfect for our shop and diverse range of bike we have to work on.

This is a must have for any workshop. Having the option of a constant 13.5 volts at the push of a button is a big time saver. No need to worry about low voltage on the battery when carrying out testing for extended periods of time.
We are reading are writing files to ECU's which can take up to an hour and must have 13v at all times. This charger does the job. I wont use anything else!

I bought this to use with TEXA diagnostics as it was the recommended unit and I haven't been disappointed.
I use it every day for both TEXA and general charging and it is quite simply the best charger I've used.
It's a very stable power supply when doing extended diagnostics, or just communicating with TEXA, and a very good charger for both lead acid and lithium batteries.
If you are doing updates on finicky bikes like KTM or BMW, this is the unit for you. hook it up and know that you'll have a constant, correct power supply for the whole time you are working.
Well worth the price and I'm looking at getting a second one just to have as a general battery charger.
And Steve is awesome to deal with so that's another bonus.

As soon as I got back from the post office I immediately put it to work on a customer's bike!
I wished I knew about this beauty sooner, first time programming the ECU or firmware updates without power going down on KTM’s or Triumphs. All this time was using other chargers but on problematic bikes for which updates take longer it was a nightmare as connection keep dropping once battery power dropped below 11volts… had to let the battery recover so I can start again :( Sometimes I had to use 2 batteries connected together to go through the process but NOW, NO MORE :) The best investment ever if you do ECU programming or firmware updates, or deal with badly discharged batteries. It even deals with the commissioning of new batteries and charges both AGM/LA, and Lithium batteries + the ability to set it up in Supply Mode if a bike cannot start due to a drained battery.

The Texa system is the best I have ever used if you need any help Steve is only a phone call away and goes out of his way to help he is very good with this stuff and makes it easy to use if you are looking for a diagnostic system this is the one.

We have recently purchased the IDC5 TEXA to support / Diagnose our Ducati Multistrada Enduro for personal use. We have found that Dealing with TEXA Aus easy and very helpful,
Using the TEXA and installing the TEXA was a straight forward process and the assistance that has been provided is second to none ,
The device has been able to assist in the Diagnoses of a fault that has seen the bike at the dealer for a extended period of time, this has seen the bike returned with performance issues that the owner was not happy with.
With most modern day equipment electronics are controlling the engine , we have found that the TEXA IDC5 is able to view and monitor these parameters to assist in diagnosing faults,
What we discovered is that we had no engine codes but after utilising the TEXA we were able to narrow down the fault to a sensor that was not reading correctly, this was only achieved by utilising the TEXA IDC5.
Moving forward we see our selves utilising the device on our current bikes for service interval resets and any major work that is required.
This is a tool that is a must have for a business that is dealing with modern day equipment,

Very happy with the TEXA unit as it's easy to use with great wiring diagrams that are extremely useful for problem solving. It is almost impossible to service late model bikes without this tool. Steve is also very helpful with aftersales support.
